6. Our role and limitations

TBA manages project matching and delivery, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. While we aim for high quality, you acknowledge that:

• Project scopes may evolve as work progresses.
• Outcomes depend on information and collaboration from both clients and talent.
• Except where required by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

7. Intellectual property and confidentiality

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, project deliverables created through TBA are intended for the client's use, and any transfer of rights will be handled as part of the project agreement. Both clients and talent agree to:

• Keep non-public information shared during projects confidential.
